Guidelines & TOS
By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms.
Please read everything carefully before submitting a request.
GENERAL
Artist
I retain all copyrights and ownership over my artwork, including but not limited to the right to reproduce, distribute, and display the work for portfolio purposes, self-promotion, or publication, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.I reserve the right to decline any commission request at my discretion, including but not limited to content that makes me uncomfortable or does not align with my current schedule or scope.Accepted proposals will be completed in the order they are received.
Client
You retain all rights to your original characters and intellectual property.The commissioned artwork is for personal use only (e.g., printing for yourself, sharing on social media with credit).You may not use the artwork for any commercial, promotional, or monetized purposes, including merchandise, streaming overlays, or other revenue-generating content, unless a separate commercial agreement has been made.You may not edit, sell, or claim the artwork as your own.You may not mint the artwork as an NFT or use any stage of the piece in AI/machine learning datasets.You may print the commissioned artwork for personal display (e.g., wall prints), but it must not be produced, sold, or distributed for profit.
PAYMENTS
I only accept full payment upfront before starting the commission.
Payments are non-transferable and apply only to the agreed project.
REVISIONS
For sketch commissions, one round of minor adjustments is included after the initial sketch is delivered. Minor adjustments include small corrections (e.g. facial features, proportions, or simple details).Major changes to pose, composition, or concept are not included once the sketch is complete.If I overlook any details that were clearly stated in your original request or reference materials, I will correct them at no additional cost.
PROGRESS AND COMMUNICATION
Sketch commissions are completed as a single delivery rather than through multiple progress stages. You will receive the finished sketch once it is complete.You’re welcome to contact me via email or social media (Twitter / Bluesky) if you have questions before or after delivery, but progress updates are not provided during the drawing process.
DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
I generally do not work with fixed deadlines, as I prioritize maintaining quality over speed.If you require a specific completion date, please inform me in advance. A rush fee may apply depending on the request.Final artwork will be delivered as a high-resolution (300 DPI) flat image in PNG or JPEG format.
REFUNDS
Full refunds are only possible if I have not yet started the piece or if I am unable to complete it due to personal circumstances.No refunds will be issued once the final artwork is completed and delivered.
